BIM Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a BIM Coordinator to join our construction team in Singapore. The role reports to the Manager/Team Leader and is responsible for coordinating technical matters, ensuring quality implementation and supervising site works.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
• Produce and maintain BIM (Revit) models and ensure accurate drawing transmission to all parties.
• Manage drawing production schedules and monitor site progress to meet project timelines.
• Implement quality recordings, analyse results and develop action plans for continuous improvement.
• Convert AutoCAD drawings into 3‑D models and ensure compliance with BIM standards and Level of Development (LOD).
• Supervise site activities in line with quality and EHS requirements.
• Handle inspections, hand‑over processes and strive for high customer satisfaction and QM scores.
• Perform ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the Project Manager.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture or Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in BIM drafting (architectural or M&E).

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Strong AutoCAD skills.
• Solid understanding of BIM processes and standards.
