BIM Modeller

About the role

We are looking for a BIM Modeller to join our construction team in Singapore. The role involves creating and managing building information models to support design and construction activities. You will work closely with project and construction teams to ensure model accuracy and compliance with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Use BIM (Building Information Modelling) to perform drawing and design work.
• Coordinate and liaise with project and construction teams on submissions, updates, changes, and clash checks.
• Make necessary drawing changes based on comments from project and construction teams.
• Assist in maintaining BIM standards and workflow according to company guidelines.
• Ensure accuracy of documents based on BIM modelling.
• Comply with the BIM Manager Execution Plan and project workflow criteria.
• Perform other duties as required.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture, Structural, M&E Engineering, Construction or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the building construction industry.
• Experience using AutoCAD and BIM Revit software.
