BIM Modeller

About the role

We are looking for a skilled BIM Modeller to join our engineering team in Singapore. You will work closely with the BIM Coordinator and Design Engineers to create accurate 3D models for plumbing and sanitary systems using Revit.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Plumbing & Sanitary 3D BIM models for coordination and collaboration.
• Prepare schematic drawings, mounting details, cable routings, and 3D drawings.
• Ensure design and proposal drawings comply with specifications and statutory requirements.
• Maintain construction document accuracy, parameters, and information within the BIM model.
• Follow the BIM Execution Plan, project workflow criteria, and required Level of Development (LOD).
• Produce shop drawings for approval and generate construction, coordination, and as‑built drawings.
• Update models to reflect site condition changes and perform tasks assigned by the BIM Coordinator.
• Participate in coordination and BIM technology meetings.

Required profile

• Degree or Technical Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Singapore.
• Experience in plumbing and sanitary services.
