Biology & Python Expert – Freelance AI Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a Biology and Python specialist to join our AI‑training platform on a freelance basis. You will design and validate computational biology challenges that help improve AI systems for leading tech companies.

Key responsibilities

• Design original computational biology problems that mimic real research workflows.
• Create Python‑based tasks using libraries such as NumPy, SciPy and BioPython.
• Ensure problems are computationally intensive and cannot be solved manually within days or weeks.
• Develop challenges that require multi‑step reasoning in bioinformatics, systems biology, or molecular modeling.
• Base tasks on genuine research questions or practical applications from biology.
• Verify solutions with Python code and provide clear documentation and correct answers.

Required profile

• Degree in Biology or a closely related field.
• Proficiency in Python for numerical and data‑analysis tasks.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in research, applied work, or teaching.
• Experience with biological data analysis and algorithm development.
• Familiarity with bioinformatics tools and computational methods.
• Strong written English (C1 level or higher).
