Bioprocess Operator / Technician

About the role

At Cell AgriTech we produce cultivated meat by growing animal cells in bioreactors. As part of our expansion we are hiring a Bioprocess Operator/Technician to run cell cultures, prepare media, handle harvest and downstream steps, maintain equipment, and complete all required documentation. Every batch leaving the facility passes through your hands.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct inoculation of bioreactors under aseptic conditions.
• Operate and monitor bioreactors and related equipment for cell production.
• Complete batch records, logbooks, and checklists in real time following Good Documentation Practice.
• Perform basic maintenance of production equipment to ensure optimal conditions.
• Conduct regular stock counts to reconcile material usage with inventory records.
• Maintain daily housekeeping and cleanliness of the production area and equipment.

Required profile

• Minimum education: GCE O‑Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates welcome; no prior industry experience required.
• Open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.
• No age limit.

Required skills

• Knowledge or experience with clean‑room environments (a plus).
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
