About the role

The Boutique Supervisor supports the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly and customers receive excellent service. This role combines staff coordination, shift planning, and issue resolution to maintain high performance and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with day‑to‑day store activities and adherence to company policies.
• Plan and manage staff shifts, rotas, and coverage to meet operational needs.
• Address customer complaints and inquiries promptly, providing advanced product information when required.
• Lead a specific department, overseeing workflow, special orders, and basic issue escalations.
• Prepare and maintain monthly schedules, assigning tasks to ensure priority work is completed.
• Promote additional products and services during customer interactions to maximise sales.
• Develop new customer relationships through proactive outreach and serve as the first point of contact for queries.
• Participate in professional development activities to stay current with industry best practices.

Required profile

• Post‑secondary non‑tertiary education.
• Sound understanding of straightforward procedures and systems.
• Basic experience coordinating the work of others.
