Brand Communications Manager

About the role

BandLab Technologies is looking for a Brand Communications Manager to shape external communications for its portfolio of music‑tech brands. Based in Singapore, you will translate product updates, campaigns and brand stories into compelling press narratives that raise awareness worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute communications plans for brand campaigns, product launches and corporate initiatives.
• Build and nurture relationships with journalists across corporate, trade, creator and cultural outlets globally.
• Manage day‑to‑day press activities, including media list creation, outreach, follow‑ups, coverage tracking and reporting.
• Draft press materials such as releases, fact sheets and briefing documents.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agency partners to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Required profile

• Proven ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining clear narrative threads.
• Deep familiarity with music culture, artists, platforms and industry debates.
• Strong editorial judgment and a genuine curiosity about the creator ecosystem.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional early mornings, nights or weekends.

Required skills
