Brand Creative Designer

About the role

BIT is seeking a Brand Creative Designer to craft visual assets that support its global digital‑asset financial services brand. The role blends traditional graphic design with cutting‑edge AI‑generated content tools to produce high‑impact marketing materials.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce visual assets for brand marketing channels, including social media graphics, banner ads, client presentations, print collateral, event visuals and educational video content.
• Leverage AI‑generated content tools (e.g., GPT Image2, Nano Banana, ComfyUI, Midjourney, Seedance, Stable Diffusion) to accelerate creation of banners, promotional graphics and tutorial videos.
• Maintain brand consistency and high design quality across all deliverables while meeting tight deadlines.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and rigorous quality control.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field (preferred).
• At least 2 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and apply AI design tools, including prompt engineering.
• Excellent attention to detail and solid time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma.
• Experience with motion‑graphics software such as After Effects and Premiere Pro (a plus).
• Hands‑on experience with AI design platforms: GPT Image2, Nano Banana, ComfyUI, Midjourney, Seedance, Stable Diffusion.
• Fundamental design knowledge of composition, color theory, typography and typeface selection.
