Brand Marketing & Communications Manager

About the role

The Brand Marketing & Communications Manager will act as the guardian of Banyan Group’s brand identity while leading integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable business results across our global portfolio of hotels, resorts, spas and residences.

Key responsibilities

• Protect and uphold brand integrity for Banyan and non‑Banyan Tree brands across all channels and touchpoints.
• Own the structure, standards and governance of brand content, ensuring it is well‑organized, tagged and version‑controlled.
• Translate global brand positioning into compelling storytelling for blogs, EDMs, website copy and other communications.
• Develop, refine and maintain brand guidelines, tone of voice and style guides.
• Oversee visual brand requirements for new properties and ensure pre‑opening assets meet brand standards.
• Provide guidance to properties on marketing collateral creation and training, managing pre‑ and post‑opening approvals.
• Execute integrated campaigns across digital, social, print, PR, paid media and regional activations aligned with commercial goals.
• Brief and manage agencies to deliver consistent, impactful brand campaigns.
• Lead the creation of creative assets such as images, videos, articles, infographics, blogs, social posts and EDMs.
• Track, analyse and report on campaign performance, turning insights into business recommendations.
• Conduct competitive analysis and monitor market trends to inform strategy.

• Proven ability to operate with speed and precision in a high‑pressure environment.
• Experience managing multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong confidence engaging cross‑functional teams and using data to shape strategy.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on brand storytelling.
