About the role

Join a trusted boutique that offers a curated collection of international designer gowns, providing personalised service to discerning brides. You will lead private bridal consultations, guide emotional decisions, and manage the full client journey from consultation to wedding‑day handover.

Key responsibilities

• Lead private bridal consultations with warmth and confidence, listening to each bride's vision, priorities and budget.
• Curate personalised gown selections that suit her style, silhouette and venue.
• Present pricing, packages, policies and timelines clearly and transparently.
• Convert appointments into sales through a consultative, relationship‑first approach.
• Follow up consistently with undecided brides across longer sales cycles.
• Recommend thoughtful additions such as second gowns and accessories.
• Own every client relationship from first consultation to fittings, alterations and wedding‑day handover, keeping accurate records.
• Coordinate closely with the alterations partner and operations to ensure seamless delivery.
• Support boutique events such as trunk shows and VIP appointments.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of consultative sales experience in luxury retail, fine jewellery, aesthetics or bridal.
• Proven ability to build rapport with and manage high‑net‑worth clients.
• Meticulous organisation and follow‑up skills with strong attention to detail.
• High emotional intelligence and composure in sensitive conversations, including budgets.
• Polished presentation and genuine passion for fashion and bridal design.
• Willingness to work weekends and support boutique events when required.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams (operations/fittings/alterations).
