Building Construction Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Building Construction Supervisor to lead daily site operations and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You will coordinate the workforce, manage documentation, and support the overall progress of construction activities.

Key responsibilities

• Organise daily work schedules for construction crews and maintain accurate time‑card records.
• Collaborate with the main contractor to inspect rebar, formwork and other critical structural elements.
• Monitor quality, budget adherence, and site progress, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Conduct regular safety inspections to identify and mitigate hazards.
• Oversee the construction team, including ordering supplies, scheduling equipment maintenance, and training new employees.
• Provide first‑aid assistance in emergencies and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

Required profile

• Junior‑level executive with hands‑on experience in construction site supervision.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to work overtime when project demands require.

Required skills

• First aid certification.
