Building Management System Project Engineer (Entry Level)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Building Management System (BMS) Project Engineer to join our team and support the full project lifecycle from sales hand‑over to commissioning. This is an entry‑level position based in Singapore, offering exposure to diverse BMS projects across the island.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, design, execute and manage BMS projects, ensuring compliance with specifications, budgets and schedules.
• Review project specifications, perform system sizing, select equipment and prepare Bills of Materials, shop drawings and technical documentation.
• Develop automation control sequences, logic programming, graphics and software for BMS applications, and conduct testing, commissioning and FAT activities.
• Coordinate with customers, consultants, architects, contractors and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor progress, control costs, support procurement, handle variation orders and maintain ISO 9001 quality documentation.
• Optimize ACMV and BMS operations to improve energy efficiency and support energy‑management initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum Dip/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Fresh or entry‑level candidates with a strong interest in BMS/SCADA systems.
