About the role
The Building Manager will lead a team of executives and contractors to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities. This role focuses on proactive maintenance, safety compliance, and continuous improvement of building services.
Key responsibilities
- Lead executive and contractor teams in planned and ad‑hoc maintenance works.
- Investigate and analyse breakdowns to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.
- Supervise upgrading projects and ensure they meet contract specifications.
- Monitor contractor performance and enforce contract requirements.
- Organise and chair Safety Committee meetings, preparing slides and minutes.
- Maintain comprehensive records of incidents, audits, and inspections.
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and draft summary reports.
Required profile
- Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Projects & Facilities Management, Estate Management, or Engineering.
- Proven experience managing vendors, maintenance operations, and projects.
- Fire Safety Manager certification is an advantage.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
