Business Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technical solutions for our front‑office investment workflow. You will work closely with portfolio managers, IT, risk, finance teams and external vendors to design, test and implement tools that enhance data integrity, security and auditability.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications and vice‑versa.
• Design, test and roll out processes, tools and systems in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop test plans, conduct User Acceptance Testing and document user guides.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to implement roadmap features and upgrades.
• Monitor, analyse and troubleshoot front‑office processes, liaising with IT and service providers for issue resolution.
• Manage project implementations, procurement and change‑management activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in business analysis or product management within asset management.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and adapt to changing requirements.
• Experience in test‑plan development, documentation and project scheduling.
