Business Analyst & Project Manager – Claims (Insurance Tech)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst and Project Manager to lead claims‑related technology initiatives for a regional insurance client. The role combines end‑to‑end delivery, project management and business analysis to ensure successful implementation of enterprise applications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of technology projects across insurance platforms and enterprise applications.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions.
• Develop project plans, road‑maps, manage risks and ensure delivery governance.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including technology vendors, business users and product owners.
• Facilitate workshops, communicate with stakeholders and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Support solution design by understanding system integrations, APIs and end‑to‑end business processes.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned with business objectives.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in delivery lead, technical project management or business analysis with full project responsibility.
• Strong background in the insurance industry, preferably with exposure to claims or policy administration systems.
• Proven experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands‑on execution.
