Business Consultant – APAC Transformation Program

About the role

You will support the execution of a transformation program at Atos, driving operational excellence across multiple workstreams in the APAC region. This role is ideal for a high‑performing junior professional with a consulting background who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and liaise with the APAC executive leadership team to advance multiple “Genesis” workstreams, ensuring milestones are met and KPIs are reported.
• Participate in the development and execution of the organization’s strategic and annual business plans.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners, managing complex, multi‑layered projects.
• Analyze project metrics, identify risks early, and turn raw data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Maintain rigorous project documentation and ensure alignment of all workstreams with transformation objectives.
• Conduct research, data analysis, and produce reports or proposals as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT/Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in consulting, business operations or commercial transformation, preferably within a Big 4 or similar environment.
• Experience working in a transformation/project‑management office or a high‑growth scale‑up where processes were built from scratch.
• Strong business acumen with advanced analytical and structured problem‑solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
