Business Controller – Travel Retail Beauty APAC

About the role

We are looking for a Business Controller to join our Finance team in Singapore and support the fast‑growing Travel Retail Beauty business across the Asia‑Pacific region. Reporting to the Regional Finance Director, you will help shape financial strategy for LVMH Beauty’s portfolio of luxury brands.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Finance Director in budget preparation, landing reviews and financial planning for all LVMH Beauty brands in APAC.
• Consolidate financial results, forecasts and closing processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Provide insightful analysis of complex financial data to the regional leadership team and HQ.
• Identify and communicate financial risks and opportunities, supporting strategic decision‑making.
• Lead and contribute to projects that optimise and revamp financial processes across the region.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in FP&A, management accounting or a comparable commercial finance role.
• Strong analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
