Business Development Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a high‑performing Business Development Consultant to own and grow our Singapore market. You will drive aggressive local business growth while collaborating with our Vietnam development team and Japanese headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business leads independently and together with the telemarketing team.
• Develop deep product knowledge of our ERP solution and deliver compelling demos to prospects.
• Prepare accurate quotations and tailored business proposals based on client requirements.
• Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and consistently meet or exceed annual sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in ERP or related sales roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels, including C‑suite executives.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and thrives in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
