Business Development / Sales Engineer – Semiconductor Equipment

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Business Development / Sales Engineer to drive the sales of semiconductor equipment across Singapore. The role involves engaging with customers, preparing proposals, and supporting post‑sale activities to grow market share.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales of semiconductor equipment to meet and exceed targets.
• Collaborate with customers to evaluate systems, parts, and materials.
• Manage customer inquiries, RFQs, sales proposals, and quotation processes.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, delivering tailored solutions.
• Coordinate with customers and R&D on presentations, quotations, specifications, negotiations, commissioning, acceptance, and post‑sales support.
• Lead sales negotiations and ensure successful deal closures.
• Implement strategies to expand market share for assigned products and services.
• Prepare and submit sales reports for internal purposes.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to customer queries.
• Undertake additional assignments as directed by management.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
• Willingness to learn; training provided for inexperienced candidates.
