Business Development Consultant – Singapore Market

About the role

We are seeking a high‑performing Business Development Consultant to own and grow our Singapore market. You will work within an international framework, collaborating with our Vietnam development team and Japanese headquarters to deliver ERP solutions to local clients.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business leads independently and alongside the Telemarketing team.
• Develop deep product knowledge of our ERP solution and deliver compelling demos.
• Prepare quotations and tailored business proposals based on client requirements.
• Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and consistently pursue annual sales targets.

Required profile

• Degree or higher qualification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in ERP or related sales roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage stakeholders at all levels, including C‑suite.
• Resilient, target‑driven individual who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
