Business Development Executive – Facilities Management

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to drive growth for our facilities management services. The successful candidate will support day‑to‑day business development activities, prepare competitive proposals, and help expand our client base in a dynamic market.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily business development tasks focused on facilities management services.
• Prepare competitive proposals, formal tenders, and pitch presentations for prospective clients.
• Conduct market research to identify and evaluate new business opportunities.
• Maintain strong client relationships and monitor the sales pipeline for consistency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop pricing structures and compelling service offerings.
• Assist with contract negotiations and provide administrative support to the sales and business development function.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Facilities Management or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales support, proposal writing, and tender preparation.
• Prior experience in the facilities management or real‑estate industry is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
