Business Development Executive (IT & Cyber Security)

About the role

Manpower is recruiting a Business Development Executive focused on IT and cyber security solutions, serving sectors such as maritime, healthcare and energy. The role centres on generating leads, building a sales pipeline and selling cybersecurity solutions and services to prospective clients in Singapore and the APAC region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the cyber security and IT solutions market.
• Generate leads and build a healthy sales pipeline through networking, referrals, market research and outreach.
• Engage prospective clients to understand their business challenges and cybersecurity requirements.
• Deliver consultative sales presentations and recommend suitable cybersecurity solutions and services.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners and key stakeholders.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, presentations and business development reports.
• Work closely with technical and delivery teams to develop customer-centric solutions.
• Explore new market segments, strategic partnerships and growth opportunities across Singapore and the APAC region.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and emerging cybersecurity developments.
• Support marketing campaigns, industry events, exhibitions and customer engagement activities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities and customer interactions.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Required profile

• Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Business Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, sales or client relationship management, preferably in a corporate or customer-facing environment.
