Business Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to drive growth across existing client relationships, new service offerings, and strategic partnerships. The role focuses on expanding revenue streams, enhancing customer satisfaction, and identifying fresh market opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Explore growth opportunities with existing customers, improve retention, and generate recurring sales.
• Conduct market research to identify new services and partnership prospects that align with company capabilities.
• Attend industry events and conferences to secure valuable collaborations.
• Develop and launch new business units or ideas that contribute to overall organisational growth.

Required profile

• Independent, able to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Strong client‑management and communication skills, fluent in English.
• Analytical mindset with ability to use Google Analytics to assess website performance.
• Bachelor’s degree and a self‑learning attitude.
• Excellent time‑management, negotiation, and rapport‑building abilities.

What we offer

• Monthly salary ranging from SGD 3,500 to SGD 5,500, dependent on experience.
• Commission, performance bonuses, quarterly bonuses and additional incentives.
