Business Development Executive

About the role

Udders is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive sales and growth across its Catering & Events and Horeca (hotels, restaurants, cafes) channels. You will be the front‑line contact for new and existing clients, ensuring smooth execution of events and meeting ambitious B2B and B2C targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, acquire and onboard new corporate and hospitality clients.
• Maintain regular contact with existing accounts to nurture relationships.
• Represent Udders on‑site at events, workshops and catering assignments.
• Coordinate part‑time staff and external vendors for seamless event delivery.
• Achieve sales targets for both B2B and B2C segments.
• Implement strategic initiatives to expand market presence in the Catering & Events and Horeca sectors.
• Report progress and results to the Business Development Director.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in events or food & beverage.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of resourcefulness.
• Proven ability to solve problems independently.
• High attention to detail and meticulous execution.
