About the role
Solarvest is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive early‑stage commercial and industrial solar projects. You will act as the company’s subject‑matter expert on decarbonisation and guide clients through their renewable‑energy roadmaps.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage early‑stage solar opportunities for commercial and industrial clients.
- Position Solarvest’s interests during the initial development phase.
- Manage the full Salesforce pipeline from lead identification to contract signing.
- Structure deals, prepare quotations and develop comprehensive proposals.
- Collaborate with Marketing to create new business‑proposal strategies and value‑added services.
- Oversee sales, marketing and customer‑service activities to ensure seamless client experience.
- Serve as the liaison between clients and the internal solar project development team, translating commercial and technical requirements.
Required profile
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to engage senior corporate decision‑makers such as CEOs, MDs or business owners.
- Experience in commercial or corporate banking is a strong advantage.
- High energy, dynamic attitude and a passion for renewable‑energy solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but candidates without a degree may also apply.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Salesforce (CRM) proficiency.
