Business Development Executive

About the role

We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to join our fast‑growing recruitment team. You will play a key part in expanding our client base, building long‑term partnerships, and delivering staffing solutions that meet companies' manpower needs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, outdoor canvassing, networking, referrals, and market research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct client meetings to understand hiring needs and workforce requirements.
• Prepare and present recruitment and staffing proposals to clients.
• Negotiate service agreements and close new business deals.
• Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely fulfilment of client requirements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Prior experience in sales, business development, recruitment, staffing, or B2B services is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and target‑driven mindset.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
• Positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed.
