Business Development Executive - Restaurant SaaS Technology

About the role

We are a fast‑growing technology company seeking a Business Development Executive to expand our customer base across Southeast Asia’s food‑service sector. You will focus on restaurants, cafés, hotels and other hospitality businesses, promoting our SaaS solutions that streamline operations and improve profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect restaurants, cafés, hotels and other food‑service establishments.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
• Conduct outbound outreach via cold calls and emails to decision‑makers.
• Understand each prospect’s operational challenges and propose tailored SaaS solutions.
• Deliver product demos and presentations to prospective clients.
• Prepare customized sales proposals and negotiate pricing, commercial terms and contracts.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and customer‑service teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Maintain post‑sale relationships and uncover upsell opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activity within the F&B sector.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in SaaS or the F&B industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong prospecting, presentation, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Good understanding of challenges faced by restaurant, café and hotel owners.
• Ability to work independently and manage leads through the sales cycle.
