Business Development Executive – Singapore

About the role

Blooms App Holdings is seeking a proactive Business Development professional to join its Singapore team. The role is full‑time with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to work both on‑site and remotely while travelling to meet partners and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the on‑demand home‑service sector.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor offerings and emerging trends.
• Generate leads through outreach, networking events and digital channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with tradespeople, service providers and other stakeholders.
• Support the onboarding and integration of new partners onto the Blooms platform.
• Assist in negotiations and contract discussions to expand the partner ecosystem.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in business development, sales or account management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
• Entrepreneurial mindset; previous experience starting a business is a plus.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
