Business Development Intern – Hospitality Feasibility

About the role

This internship supports the evaluation of hospitality investment and development opportunities across key markets. You will gain exposure to hotel feasibility studies, management agreements, and portfolio expansion initiatives while working with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support feasibility studies and underwriting of new hotel opportunities, including Hotel Management Agreements and investment projects.
• Conduct market research, demand analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
• Compile and maintain hotel supply and market intelligence databases (ADR, occupancy, RevPAR, pipeline, etc.).
• Assist in preparing internal approval materials and evaluating hotel management partnership opportunities.
• Support the creation of proposals, marketing materials, pitch decks, and RFP responses.
• Help coordinate company participation and sponsorship at industry conferences and publications.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Prior internship or relevant work experience is an advantage.
• Internship must be credit‑bearing or recognised by the educational institution.
• Available for a full‑time internship (5 days per week) for ideally 6 months, starting June/July.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
