Business Development Manager – Aerospace (China Market)

About the role

We are a leading aircraft parts and spares distributor seeking a Business Development Manager to accelerate growth in the Chinese aerospace market. You will create new opportunities and partnerships across airlines, MROs, OEMs and industrial clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and close new business opportunities with airlines, MROs, OEMs and industrial clients throughout China.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while executing market entry and expansion strategies aligned with regional growth targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, manage key accounts and support long‑term revenue growth.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of business development or sales experience in aerospace, aviation services or industrial supply chain sectors.
• Extensive network and deep understanding of the Chinese aviation and manufacturing landscape with a proven ability to close deals.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English with excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
