Business Development Manager – APAC (Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia)

About the role

The Business Development Manager will expand Leaseweb’s sales operations across the APAC region, focusing on Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia. The role drives new business opportunities, builds relationships with existing accounts and contributes to profitable revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Sell Leaseweb’s IaaS solutions and increase market share by converting qualified leads into customers.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities to meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through negotiation to closure.
• Develop tailored cloud, datacenter and managed‑service solutions for clients.
• Build and maintain strategic, long‑term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Document customer requirements accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and pre‑sales teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.

Required profile

• Energetic, customer‑focused and results‑driven professional.
• Proven ability to turn leads into long‑term deals.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B commercial sales experience in the technology sector, with a focus on new‑business acquisition.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field.
• Strong interest or experience in cloud, datacenter and managed‑service offerings.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
