Business Development Manager – Digital Commerce & Web3

About the role

We are a Europe‑regulated payment technology company offering fiat payment and cross‑border settlement solutions. We seek an experienced Business Development Manager to expand our client base in digital commerce and Web3 sectors, based in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with clients across digital commerce and Web3, identifying needs for cross‑border payments, collections and payouts.
• Monitor industry trends, uncover new business opportunities, and create use cases such as advertising payments and corporate disbursements.
• Lead the full client lifecycle from prospecting to onboarding, coordinating with product, operations, compliance and risk teams.
• Ensure regulatory compliance throughout onboarding, including KYC, AML and corporate due‑diligence processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 3 years of business development, sales or client acquisition experience.
• Proven network or experience in Web3, digital marketing, advertising, cross‑border payments, fintech, SaaS or global expansion services.
• Fluent English communication skills and strong negotiation abilities.
• Self‑driven, results‑oriented mindset.
