Business Development Manager – Geotechnical Services

About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive growth for our geotechnical instrumentation and monitoring services across construction, infrastructure and energy sectors. You will identify new market opportunities, build strong client relationships and expand our footprint in Singapore and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Identify emerging market trends, new business opportunities and potential clients in the geotechnical field.
• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and increase market share.
• Conduct competitive analysis and assess demand for geotechnical services.
• Attend industry events, seminars and conferences to network and promote services.
• Oversee preparation of bids, tenders and proposals, collaborating with technical teams to ensure competitiveness.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Track business development activities, report performance to senior management and adjust strategies to meet revenue targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of proven sales or business development experience in the construction industry, preferably in geotechnical instrumentation and monitoring.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
