Quantity Surveyor – Cost Planning

About the role

The role focuses on cost planning and tender management for major building projects. You will work closely with internal teams, consultants and subcontractors to ensure accurate cost estimates and timely tender submissions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quantity take‑offs using CostX, Glodon or equivalent software.
• Prepare tender submissions, including cost estimates, quotations, price comparisons and cost analyses.
• Review tender documents, identify design discrepancies and raise clarification queries.
• Manage tender correspondence, addendums, revisions and updates.
• Assist in compiling and submitting tender proposals and supporting documents.
• Maintain accurate tender records and ensure compliance with project requirements and deadlines.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors throughout the tendering process.
• Carry out additional quantity surveying duties as assigned by the reporting manager.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in main building tender processes or projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work with digital quantity surveying software such as CostX or Glodon.

What we offer

• Salary up to SGD 4,500 per month plus a variable bonus (1–2 months).
• Work location at City Hall, Singapore.
• Standard office hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am–6 pm.
