About the role
We are looking for a strategic and results‑driven Business Development Manager to expand our market presence and generate new revenue streams. The role will involve identifying opportunities, building client relationships and working closely with senior leadership, sales and marketing teams.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and revenue streams across multiple markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and strategic partners.
- Conduct market research, analyse industry trends and competitor activity.
- Develop and execute business development strategies and growth plans.
- Generate leads, manage sales pipelines and prepare proposals, presentations and commercial pitches.
- Negotiate contracts, agreements and partnership deals.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor sales performance, track KPIs and report on market insights and revenue forecasts.
- Support strategic planning, pricing strategies and organisational growth initiatives.
- Attend networking events, industry meetings and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
