Business Development Manager

About the role

The Business Development Manager will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners, creating new revenue streams for the company. The ideal candidate is a Singapore national with strong communication skills, critical thinking, and a proven ability to execute sales strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition through cold calling, prospecting, and lead generation activities.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from identifying opportunities to closing deals.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects and consistently meet sales targets.
• Engage decision‑makers, deliver sales presentations, and develop long‑term client relationships.
• Utilize CRM tools to track activities, manage opportunities, and keep accurate records.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT, SaaS, EdTech, IT training or B2B sales.
• Demonstrated expertise in cold calling, lead generation, outbound sales and business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Experience handling end‑to‑end sales processes independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
