Business Development Manager

About the role

The Business Development Manager drives student enrollment growth and supports institutional expansion across both French and English streams. Reporting to the Director, the role owns the full admissions pipeline, from lead generation to enrollment and onboarding, and works closely with Marketing, Admissions and Academic Leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual enrollment plans for French and English streams, setting student targets for each school year and mid‑year admissions.
• Lead the full admissions journey from lead generation through enrollment and onboarding, ensuring a consistent experience across both streams.
• Identify and nurture recruitment channels such as expatriate families, AEFE network schools, relocation agencies, embassies and multinational corporations.
• Monitor enrollment performance with AI and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), track lead sources, conversion rates and drop‑offs, and take corrective actions.
• Analyse retention and attrition trends and collaborate with academic teams to improve re‑enrollment.
• Provide weekly pipeline updates and forecasts to senior leadership.
• Develop strategic corporate partnerships, represent the school at education fairs and expat events, and manage the Corporate Membership Programme.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, student recruitment or enrollment management, preferably in an international or bilingual education setting.
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding enrollment targets.
• Excellent bilingual communication skills (French and English) to engage diverse families and corporate partners.
• Ability to work collaboratively with marketing, admissions and academic leadership.
