About the role
BIT is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in its OTC and payment businesses. You will lead partnership development, client acquisition, and market expansion across crypto and traditional finance ecosystems.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with liquidity providers, payment service providers, banks, and enterprise clients.
- Own the end‑to‑end business development cycle: prospecting, needs analysis, solution design, negotiation, internal coordination, and project launch.
- Deepen relationships with existing high‑net‑worth, institutional, and corporate clients to increase transaction conversion and business stickiness.
- Leverage BIT’s OTC, stablecoin payment, custody and asset‑management capabilities to acquire clients in cross‑border payments, trade, enterprise expansion and FinTech use cases.
- Collaborate with internal product, operations, finance and sales teams to design tailored solutions for crypto/fiat conversion, fund settlement and liquidity management.
- Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, regulatory changes and partnership opportunities, providing insights for product and positioning strategy.
- Represent BIT at industry conferences, client meetings and ecosystem events to enhance brand presence and network.
Required profile
- Proven experience in business development within fintech, digital assets or related financial services.
- Strong network and relationship‑building skills with liquidity providers, PSPs, banks and enterprise clients.
- Deep understanding of cross‑border payments, crypto‑fiat conversion, stablecoin usage and liquidity management.
- Ability to translate market insights into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a results‑oriented mindset.
