Business Development Manager – Southeast Asia

About the role

The Business Development Manager for Southeast Asia will support the SEA Head Office in driving strategic priorities, governance and execution excellence. Reporting to the Director of Business Development, you will partner with the SEA General Manager and senior leadership to shape the operating model, align initiatives and ensure delivery of key business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation of the SEA Head Office operating model, establishing governance, accountability and decision‑making frameworks.
• Coordinate and align priorities across the SEA leadership team, preparing leadership meetings, business reviews and executive engagements.
• Identify risks, gaps and dependencies, driving alignment to keep priorities on track.
• Support cross‑functional strategic initiatives with Finance, HR, Brand, Commercial and Operations.
• Use data, analytics and market intelligence to generate insights, identify trends and support profitable growth for the adidas brand.
• Drive calendar and meeting planning solutions to improve prioritisation and time management for senior leaders.
