About the role
The Business Development Sales Professional will drive new account acquisition across established territories and product lines, supporting growth in semiconductor, medical, data‑center and clean‑energy markets in Southeast Asia.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, contact and engage prospective clients to build a robust pipeline of new business.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Develop and continuously improve sales knowledge of the company’s offerings.
- Implement efficiency initiatives such as distributor dashboards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth account onboarding.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Team‑player able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong oral, written and presentation communication skills.
- Excellent organization, planning and time‑management abilities.
- High ethical standards and personal accountability for results.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
