Business Development Specialist – Singapore

About the role

Fresha, the AI‑powered operating system for the global beauty, wellness and self‑care industry, is seeking a Business Development Specialist to join its Singapore team. Reporting to the Singapore Business Development Team Lead, you will work closely with the Commercial team and prospective partners to drive new business onto the Fresha platform.

Key responsibilities

• Consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Reach out to key decision‑makers via phone, email, social channels and occasional in‑person meetings.
• Present, promote and sell Fresha’s products and services through product demos.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Conduct cost‑benefit and needs analyses to align solutions with partner objectives.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless partner experience.
• Provide market trend feedback and document all interactions in the CRM.
• Serve as the primary commercial contact for partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of solid B2B sales experience with a proven track record.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.
