Business Finance Analyst – Central Intelligence & Analytics

About the role

Google’s Central Intelligence and Analytics (CIA) team in APAC is looking for a Business Finance Analyst to drive insight generation for the full‑funnel ads business. You will partner with senior leaders to shape financial planning, performance tracking, and strategic decision‑making for advertising products.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain a regular reporting cadence that surfaces insights into the ups and downs of the full‑funnel ads business.
• Own and manage the business performance problem‑solving agenda, delivering proactive and reactive analyses.
• Execute full‑cycle FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate advertising marketing objectives into financial insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.
• Experience executing full‑cycle FP&A functions within a multinational environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets.
• SQL for data extraction and analysis.
