Business Impact Manager - Financial Services, Singapore

About the role

Oliver Wyman's Asia Pacific Business Impact Team (APR BIT) is looking for a Business Impact Manager in Singapore. The role supports the Financial Services practices (Banking & Financial Services and Insurance and Asset Management) and works alongside regional Practice Leaders to drive business development, compliance and best practices, as well as improvement plans and KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Practice management: act as central contact for practice staff, partners and support departments, track actions and follow-ups, prepare materials and agendas for partner meetings and offsites, and coordinate special projects and the practice social calendar
• Commercial effectiveness: support client and business development needs, work with the Asia BD Manager on pipeline and won/lost analysis, and drive the Key Client account management strategy
• RFP process support and business impact work: implement and follow up regional and global processes such as the annual Key Clients review and partner year-end process
• Change management: help the practice and partners on change journeys, keep an informal pulse on sentiment and flag issues
• Other: liaise with Finance, KM and Talent Analytics on MIS, and coordinate with Legal, IT, Finance and Inclusion & Diversity on client requests

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in a consulting or professional services firm, ideally in financial services
• Background in strategic project management, with high-level stakeholder management and team leadership
• Ability to manage a varied workload with conflicting priorities, handle confidential business-critical issues and work with challenging senior stakeholders
