Business Operations & Customer Program Specialist (Fresh Graduate)

About the role

HP is hiring a Business Operations & Customer Program Specialist (Fresh Graduate) in Singapore. The role covers planning and running customer events and engagement activities, coordinating sales forums and internal programs, and acting as a key point of contact for business operations with internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute customer events, executive briefings, partner engagements, workshops, webinars and roundtable sessions
• Coordinate invitations, registrations, event logistics, venue arrangements and communications
• Work with sales teams to support customer engagement and pipeline generation
• Prepare event materials, agendas, speaker briefings and post-event summaries
• Track event outcomes, attendance, customer feedback and follow-up actions
• Coordinate sales forums and internal engagement, manage calendars and support new hire onboarding
• Track training and operations-related matters and support employee engagement and team culture activities
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and act as key points of contact for business operations

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Operations or a related field
• Experience in business operations, sales operations, event management, executive administration or program coordination
• Experience supporting leadership teams in a regional or multinational environment
