Business Operations Intern – Hospitality & Travel

About the role

GUAVA International is seeking a motivated final‑year student or recent graduate to join its Business Operations team as an intern. You will support regional operations across Asia in the hospitality and travel sector, gaining hands‑on experience in logistics, partnership management, and commercial initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the coordination of international business operations, sales, and supply‑chain activities.
• Work with internal teams, suppliers, logistics partners and customers to ensure smooth project execution and order fulfilment.
• Support logistics coordination, inventory tracking, operational planning and reporting.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, reports and other project documentation.
• Contribute to stakeholder outreach, meeting coordination and follow‑up activities.

Required profile

• Final‑year university student or recent graduate.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving ability.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Interest in hospitality, travel, supply‑chain or commercial management.
