Business Operations Internship – Hospitality & Travel

About the role

GUAVA International is seeking a motivated intern to support regional business operations across Asia in the hospitality and travel sector. You will work on real projects that drive commercial, supply‑chain and sustainability outcomes while gaining exposure to international partners and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with logistics coordination, inventory tracking, operational planning and order fulfilment.
• Support partnerships, sales and supply‑chain initiatives by liaising with internal teams, suppliers and logistics partners.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, reports and project documentation.
• Coordinate stakeholder outreach, meetings and follow‑up activities.
• Identify process‑improvement opportunities and contribute ideas to enhance operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Final‑year university student or recent graduate.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
• Interest in hospitality, travel and sustainable business practices.
