Business Technology Consultant

About the role

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Business Technology Consultant to join its lean SEA practice. You will work with financial services clients, helping them make strategic technology decisions, govern complex programs, and deliver measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Large Program Steering: Establish control‑tower governance for multi‑year transformations.
• Enterprise Architecture: Design technology blueprints that align IT investments with business strategy.
• IT Cost & Value Management: Analyse technology portfolios, rationalise spend and build investment cases.
• AI at Scale: Define strategy, operating models and governance for responsible generative AI deployment.

Required profile

• 1–4 years of experience in management consulting, IT strategy or corporate transformation.
• Hands‑on experience in at least one core area (program governance, enterprise architecture, IT operating model, financial management, or AI strategy).
• Strong analytical and structured thinking with the ability to present complex issues clearly.
• Comfortable in client‑facing settings, leading workshops and producing defensible deliverables.
• Degree in business, technology or a related field and a demonstrated curiosity for technology.
• Experience in financial services or a strong motivation to develop expertise in the sector is a plus.
