Buyer – Procurement & Sourcing (12‑month contract)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Buyer to support all Singapore functions by managing the end‑to‑end procurement process. You will work closely with internal departments to source services and materials, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of critical orders.

Key responsibilities

• Source services and materials for all Singapore operations in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Run the full procurement cycle from supplier identification to purchase order issuance and material receipt.
• Participate in commercial negotiations and arrange expediting of critical orders.
• Maintain and update the preferred‑supplier list and negotiate frame contracts.
• Archive contracts and commercial documents in an organized manner.
• Optimize the vendor base, seeking competitive and reliable sources.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and added value.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in purchasing, inventory, or supply chain management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Hands‑on experience using SAP.
• Valid residential status to work in Singapore.
• Willingness to commit to a 12‑month contract.
