About the role
We are looking for a motivated Call Center Agent to join our remote team. You will handle both inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate information and resolving customer issues while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Update customer records in the database.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through friendly and efficient service.
- Achieve personal and team targets related to call handling, response times, and quality assurance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
