Call Centre Agent (General Enquiries Hotline)

About the role

SingHealth is hiring a Call Centre Agent for its General Enquiries Hotline. You will support the Call Centre Department by answering and managing calls, faxes and emails from members of the public, patients, staff from other government agencies and health institutions, including internal staff, covering general enquiries and emergency activations, with the highest service quality and operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming and outgoing calls promptly and in line with hospital policy, keeping caller and hospital information confidential
• Direct calls to internal and external stakeholders
• Update contact details and relevant information in the Call Centre Enquiry System
• Handle and resolve complaints
• Perform emergency activations such as Code Blue, trauma and acute stroke
• Report faults on telecommunication equipment
• Carry out other related duties as assigned

Required profile

• NITEC in any discipline; a Diploma in any discipline is recognised for senior positions
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work three rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
